One side (with a blue bar) provides information about the competence: the definition as well as the cluster to which it belongs. You can find clarification of the diverse competences and clusters on the Competence Wheel:

The other side (with a red bar) begins with a talent-directed approach to people. You will find theories that help in the search for what energises the person you are talking to, what interests them and what they like.
