The online tool Scope³© gives you a simple insight into the qualities of a (future) employee. This expert system interprets the information from various questionnaires about competencies, motives and work styles. It integrates all this into a clear report with explanations and development tips per skill. Scope³© is very user-friendly, also for the administrator, and can be used seamlessly in career and recruitment processes.

Who am I? What can I do? What do I want?

Scope³© consists of various questionnaires that answer the questions 'Who am I?', 'What can I do?' and 'What do I want?' There is enough variety in the lists to keep it interesting and non-stretching. This package includes questionnaires on personality, styles of influence, work styles and motives. The questionnaires are standardized and validated, making the result very reliable. The structured output offers a broad insight into someone's possibilities in a clear report.

Thorough report generator

You can use Scope³© however you see fit. You can freely choose the composition of the question lists, depending on the application or your information needs. Scope³© has an automatic report generator that you are able to use to ensure your wishes are met. You can combine your own evaluations, such as those from an in-depth interview, in a report. The competence evaluation is based on a solid knowledge of competences and personal development.

Practical

Participants can fill in their Scope³© completely independently and online. The duration depends on the chosen combination (approximately 60 minutes on average). Intermediate interruptions are no problem. After going through the questionnaires, an extensive report is generated. Besides an evaluation of the competencies, this also contains tips for development. This makes Scope³© so handy and versatile. Scope³is available in Dutch, French and English.
